  23. I should have been more specific.  I recently acquired a 25Mhz
  24. GVP G_FORCE 030 accelerator.  It is presently populated with a 25Mhz
  25. 68EC030 and a 25Mhz 68882.  I was hoping to get a 40Mhz or 50Mhz
  26. accelerator but the deal was too good to pass up.

  28. At the very least I'd like to replace the 68EC030 with a full 68030.
  29. But I'd prefer to increase the clock speed at the same time, if the
  30. board and other components can handle the higher speed.  Since GVP
  31. has a 40Mhz and 50Mhz version of this board that seem to be identical
  32. in design, I was wondering if anyone knew if the board and other
  33. soldered on components (disregarding the memory - 1Meg/4Meg) of the
  34. three versions of the boards where the same.

  36. Or in other words, will the 25Mhz 1meg version of the GVP G_FORCE 030
  37. work if I replace the 68030 and 68882 with 40Mhz or 50Mhz 68030 and 68882
  38. and replace the oscillator with one of the appropriate speed (40/50Mhz).
